½ oz Lychee Liqueur
¼ oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Prosecco / Dry Sparkling Wine
2 oz Goldenroot Yuzu Lemongrass
Build
+ To shaker, add Lychee liqueur and lemon juice.
+ Add ice, shake. Strain into flute/wine glass.
+ Top with sparkling wine and ginger beer.
